Implementation planning and project management of the entire casino and dining area

The first casino section was completed only 12 weeks after the contract had been awarded.

Due to static measures and the demolition of concrete, the implementation into the existing building turned out to be rather challenging. Implementation planning, order, and execution were coordinated locally.
